Project Description
This project will provide the support 102 (45 F) people with disabilities need to get and keep jobs: the programme combines;
Pre-entry programmes combining exploring job choices, developing employability skills, independent living skills, vocational skills and (where appropriate basic and key skills) and supporting job placement.
Entry to employment, and work with employers to (a) anticipate and addressing issues that can lead to disabled people dropping out of work (b) set up in work learning programmes to support job progression.
LCC/partner colleges will support local learning inc. supporting 5 workplace mentors.
