Project Description
This proposal has been developed by a partnership of the Lancashire Basic Skills Professional Development Unit and the Lancashire Colleges Consortium. Through this project the partners will: -
Implement a training plan covering- Basic Skills Level 4 training
- Bridging programmes to level 4
- Basic Skills Level 3 training
- Bridging programme to level 3
- Development of contextualised material to support Basic Skills Level 3 Training
Support actions include providing advice and support to individuals: allocating support to overcome access barriers experienced by individuals: undertake curriculum development (inc. contextualisation activity): collaborate with other North West PDUs to support best practice and regional implementation.
850 Individuals will receive support and 550 (or higher) achieve qualification outcomes.
