Project Description
This project will support 45 companies in delivering workplace learning through:
- Reviewing workforce development needs against business requirements.
- Identifying current internal capacity to support learning.
- Identifying and training 100 workplace assessors to the new standards (37 of these will be women).
- Working with the company, and the newly trained assessors, to set up and support workplace learning.We will also provide an aftercare service, including by providing e-support and
a virtual network to allow for exchange of ideas and information between SMEs/assessors.
