Diversity Workbook
Project Description
The Diversity Workbook is a rich source of information, advice and guidance which enhances the readers knowledge and enables that knowledge to be put to the test in order that the individual can be convinced about what has been learnt and how that knowledge can be used.
The WorkBook is designed to make learning about equality and diversity as straightforward and fear-free as possible. It enables individuals to be better equipped for facing up to the challenges posed by institutionalised discrimination, exclusion and unfair treatment.
The WorkBook should be seen as a valuable resource within the range of activities being pursued by any organisation to achieve equity and fair treatment for all, both as an employer and a provider of services.
By going through the WorkBook providers can satisfy themselves and provide proof that their organsiation is serious about Equality and Diversity. The proof being all staff having taken and passed the on-line or telephone line test followed by the presentation of the Certificate.
