Project Description
This project will increase the number of disadvantaged individuals participating in basic skills learning, improving their skills through this and progressing to further learning by strengthening community capacity to engage learners, provide appropriate guidance, tutoring and resources.
We will achieve this by:
- Carrying out TNA's to understand what is required to strengthen the community based provision in three areas of Lancashire.
- Agree a programme of resource sharing and workshops to achieve needs shown in analysis
- To support demonstration provision, using the resource created to engage, support learning, achievement and progression of 122 basic skills learners.
- To evaluate the work, capture good practice developed and embed this in continuing network provision
